How to make it

  • Beat first four ingredients together. Add dry ingredients into pumpkin mixture. Spread mixture in a greased jellyroll pan lined with wax paper. Sprinkle top with chopped pecans. Bake for 15 min at 375 degrees.
  • While cake is hot, turn out on towel that has been sprinkled with powdered sugar. Roll up in towel and let cool.
  • While cake is cooling, prepare the filling. Mix all filling ingredients until creamy.
  • When cake has cooled, unroll and spread with filling. Roll up again and chill for 30 minutes. Slice and serve.
