  • 1-CAN OF CREAM CORN AND 1 CAN OF WHOLE KERNEL CORN
  • 1 -MEDIUM CHOPPED ONION, 4 SM. GREEN ONIONS 2TBSP OF BUTTER OR MARGERINE.
  • 2- STOCKS OF CELERY CHOPPED
  • 2 -QT OF CHICKEN BROTH
  • 1-QT. OF HALF AND HALF CREAM
  • 6 TO 8 TBSP -OF CORN STARCH MIXED WITH WATER. DO THIS AND POUR IN TO SOUP IN THE LAST TEN MINUTES THAT IT IS BOILING ON TOP OF THE STOVE.
  • 1 -LEVEL TSP. OF PARSLEY FLAKES OR SPRINKLE THE AMOUNT YOU LIKE IN THE SOUP.
  • 1TO 1 1/2 LBS. -OF SHELL FISHED CLEANED AND READY TO COOK. YOUR CAN BUY A MIXED VARIETY OF SHELL FISH AT TOP FOODS STORES OR JUST ABOUT ANY SUPER MARKET OR OREINTAL MARKET.
  • 1- LEVEL TSP OF GARLIC-CHOPPED
  • 2 SLICES OF CRISPY FRIED BACON . DRAIN ON A PAPER TOWEL TILL READY TO USE. THEN BREAK UP INTO SM. PIECES AND PUT IN SOUP.PUT INTO THE SOUP POT WITH THE SHELL FISH AND THE POTATOES AND ONIONS WHEN YOU FIRST START THE SOUP.
  • 4C. OF DICED QUARTER SIZE PIECES OF POTATOES.
  • 1TO 1 1/2 CUPS -OF GRATED CHEESE OF YOUR CHOICE. I USE LOW FAT CHEESE.
  • YOU CAN EVEN ADD SALMON OR ANY FISH TO THIS DISH.A 1/4 TO A 1/2 LB. OF DEBONED AND SKINNED FISH CAN BE USED IN THIS SOUP
  • CAYENNE PEPPER TO TASTE.

Directions
  1. PLACE CHICKEN BROTH IN A BIG SOUP POT THEN ADD THE SHELL FISH, ONIONS POTATOES, PARSLEY ,CELERY,BUTTER , GARLIC,CRISPY BACON BROKEN INTO SM. PIECES AND ONE CAN OF WHOLE KERNEL CORN. YOU CAN ADD THE FISH AT THIS TIME. CUT IT INTO LG. BITE SIZE PIECES.BRING TO A BOIL (A MEDIUM BOIL) BOIL TILL POTATOES AND CELERY ARE ALMOST DONE THEN ADD THE HALF AND HALF, ONE CAN OF CREAMED CORN 1CUP OF YOUR FAVORITE GRATED CHEESE BOIL FOR ABOUT 2 MINUTES THEN ADD THE CORNSTARCH A LITTLE AT A TIME (DONT MAKE THIS TWO THICK )AND KEEP STIRRING UNTIL THICKENED THE WAY YOU LIKE IT AND THEN IT WILL BE READY TO EAT. YOU CAN TAKE THE REST OF THE CHEESE AND SPRINKLE ON TOP OF THE SOUP AND PLACE IN A BAKING DISH AND PUT IN THE 350 degree OVEN TILL THE CHEESE IS MELTED, THEN SERVE WITH ROLLS AND A SALAD. NOW YOU HAVE A FULL MEAL. you can leave in a pot if you wishto bake and melt cheese.
