  • PLACE CHICKEN BROTH IN A BIG SOUP POT THEN ADD THE SHELL FISH, ONIONS POTATOES, PARSLEY ,CELERY,BUTTER , GARLIC,CRISPY BACON BROKEN INTO SM. PIECES AND ONE CAN OF WHOLE KERNEL CORN. YOU CAN ADD THE FISH AT THIS TIME. CUT IT INTO LG. BITE SIZE PIECES.BRING TO A BOIL (A MEDIUM BOIL) BOIL TILL POTATOES AND CELERY ARE ALMOST DONE THEN ADD THE HALF AND HALF, ONE CAN OF CREAMED CORN 1CUP OF YOUR FAVORITE GRATED CHEESE BOIL FOR ABOUT 2 MINUTES THEN ADD THE CORNSTARCH A LITTLE AT A TIME (DONT MAKE THIS TWO THICK )AND KEEP STIRRING UNTIL THICKENED THE WAY YOU LIKE IT AND THEN IT WILL BE READY TO EAT. YOU CAN TAKE THE REST OF THE CHEESE AND SPRINKLE ON TOP OF THE SOUP AND PLACE IN A BAKING DISH AND PUT IN THE 350 degree OVEN TILL THE CHEESE IS MELTED, THEN SERVE WITH ROLLS AND A SALAD. NOW YOU HAVE A FULL MEAL. you can leave in a pot if you wishto bake and melt cheese.
