Chicken or Turkey Tetrazzini EASY

- 1 12 oz pkg fresh Chinese style noodles (produce section) shopping list
- 1 10.5 oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1/3 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced shopping list
- 1 1/2 c fresh chicken or turkey (may use leftovers, also ham is a good sub as well). shopping list
- 1 1/4 c milk shopping list
- 3/4 c shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1/3 c grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1 1/2 T butter shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, minced-pressed shopping list
- 1 1/2 T sherry (not cooking sherry) shopping list
- parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Saute garlic in butter, add chicken and mushrooms; finish cooking. Add soup, milk, cheddar cheese and sherry. Cook, stirring constantly until cheese is melted.
- Cook noodles as package directs. Do not rinse.
- Combine noodles with meat mixture. Pour into shallow buttered 1 1/2 qt casserole. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees, uncovered for 15 minutes or till bubbling. For a browner top, place under broiler.
- It's also fun to bake in individual ramekins, looks a bit more "upscale".
- Garnish with parsley

Oh my, this has to smell so good. I love walking into someones home and it has a great smell from whatever is cooking.
