Another that is hard to say just how many servings. This is a very good recipe.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup ham, cooked and chopped
  • 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 onion, choppd into small pieces
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup corn flakes, crushed
  • vegetable oil

Directions
  1. Combine first 5 ingredients. Mix well.
  2. Shape into 1 1/2-inch balls.
  3. Dip ham balls into milk and then coat with corn flakes.
  4. Fry in the oil until crusty and golden.
  5. Note..... I use my Fry Daddy Deep Fryer.
