I made this for my family and we loved it. I have made jambalayas before and I prefer this one. Nice spices. I kicked it up a notch by topping it with smoked chipotled hot sauce ( The Cheech Smokin Chipotle Hot Sauce). The recipe's a keeper!

This recipe has got the best flavor! I loved it! Make sure you measure liquids/rice accurately! (I was lax). My rice turned out a little starchy and it should be light and fluffy! I will defintely make this again because it is the best Jambalaya recipe I have found. Even my wife commented on the flavor and she is not a big cajun food fan.

Great and Easy recipe. I made a few cooking changes,to streamline the process, but kept the ingredients. It was very good, and a co-worker asked for the recipe. Thank you!

Great recipe, but use Zatarain's Long Grain rice for great dish! After trying many different recipes where you added uncooked rice; I decided it was best to pre-cook my rice and then add it to the other ingredients. Less starchy taste.
