One Pot Salsa Beef Skillet Recipe

This is a good recipe and taste so good and cheesy this recipe did not call for zesty salsa but I use it and a small onion chopped it made a bid difference in the taste of it.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. extra lean ground beef
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 cup Pace Hot Chunky Salsa
  • 1 pkg. (14-oz.) Kraft Deluxe macaroni and Cheese dinner
  • 2 cups frozen corn
  • 1/2 cup shredded Four cheese Mexican Style cheese
  • 1 green onion, chopped

Directions
  1. Brown the meat and chopped onion in large skillet on medium high heat, drain.
  2. Add water, salsa and macaroni, stir.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat to medium low cover.
  5. Simmer 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally.
  6. Add corn and cheese sauce, stir.
  7. Cook 2 minutes or until heated through.
  8. Top with shredded cheese and green onions
