Ingredients
- 1 lb. hot or sweet Italian sausage, casing removed
- 2 large bell peppers(any color), cut into strips
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 cups dry white wine
- 1 lb. linguine
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
- Cook sausage over medium heat using spatula to break up until light brown
- Add peppers, onion, and garlic and cook until tender
- Add wine and simmer until liquid is reduced by 1/4, about 5 minutes
- Cook linguine according to package directions
- Drain and add to sausage mixture
- Stir to combine
- Add 1/2 cup parmesan cheese and blend
- Serve
