Ingredients
  • 1 lb. hot or sweet Italian sausage, casing removed
  • 2 large bell peppers(any color), cut into strips
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 cups dry white wine
  • 1 lb. linguine
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Directions
  1. Cook sausage over medium heat using spatula to break up until light brown
  2. Add peppers, onion, and garlic and cook until tender
  3. Add wine and simmer until liquid is reduced by 1/4, about 5 minutes
  4. Cook linguine according to package directions
  5. Drain and add to sausage mixture
  6. Stir to combine
  7. Add 1/2 cup parmesan cheese and blend
  8. Serve
