Like a sloppy joe but served on hot dog or sub rolls.

Ingredients
  • 6 chopped celery stalks
  • 4 chopped onions
  • 4 chopped green peppers
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 2 teaspoons garlic
  • 2 quarts spaghetti sauce
  • 1-6 oz. can tomato paste
  • 1-16 oz. con diced tomatoes
  • 2 1/2 lbs. browned ground turkey
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • shredded cheese (your choice)

Directions
  1. Cook celery,onions green peppers, oregano and garlic until tender.
  2. Add spaghetti sauce, tomato paste, diced tomatoes and ground beef. Heat through.
  3. Serve on toasted hot dog or sub rolls with shredded cheese.
  4. *****Have also used beef and pork. Yum!
