Millionaires Pie

This is a quick easy pie that I make quite often.
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Lorna Doone cookies shopping list
- 3/4 cup softened butter shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar shopping list
- 2 slightly beaten eggs shopping list
- 1 cup whipped cream or small tub Cool Whip shopping list
- 1-20 oz. can drained crushed pineapple shopping list
How to make it
- Crush cookies and set aside 1/4 cup.
- Mix remaining cookies with 1/4 cup butter and press into 9x13 pan.
- Bake 15 minutes at 300 degrees.
- Remove from oven and cool.
- Cream remaining butter with sugar, mix in eggs and spread over cookie crust.
- Combine pineapple and whipped cream and spread over above layer.
- Sprinkle top with reserved cookie crumbs.
- Refridgerate covered with foil, and store for a day (if possible!).
- Cut into squares and serve
