How to make it

  • Crush cookies and set aside 1/4 cup.
  • Mix remaining cookies with 1/4 cup butter and press into 9x13 pan.
  • Bake 15 minutes at 300 degrees.
  • Remove from oven and cool.
  • Cream remaining butter with sugar, mix in eggs and spread over cookie crust.
  • Combine pineapple and whipped cream and spread over above layer.
  • Sprinkle top with reserved cookie crumbs.
  • Refridgerate covered with foil, and store for a day (if possible!).
  • Cut into squares and serve
