Sopapilla Cheesecake Recipe
This is a WONDERFUL dessert to take to get togethers, you will be the hit of the party! Very rich, creamy, and ADDICTING!!

Ingredients
  • 2 Cans refridgerated crescent rolls
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 8. oz. boxes cream cheese
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • cinnamon to taste

Directions
  1. In the bottom of a 9x13 pan place 1 can of crescent rolls. Flatten to edges, do not separate.
  2. Mix cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla with mixer.
  3. Spread over rolls.
  4. Place the other can of rolls on top, do not separate.
  5. Melt butter
  6. Add remaining sugar to butter and stir
  7. Spread on top of rolls
  8. Sprinkle Cinnamon across entire pan
  9. Bake @ 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until lightly brown. (Crust will look like cinnamon toast)
