This is another recipe form an old friend. This is a hit at our house...make it all the time. This is the most requested food at my kids' school parties, family functions, and gt togethers! Everyone loves these brownies!

Ingredients
  • For the brownies:
  • 2 Sticks melted butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 5 or 6 tbsp cocoa
  • 2 tsps vanilla
  • Dash of salt
  • Mini marshmallows
  • Icing:
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 6 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 6 Tbsp milk

Directions
  1. Mix the ingredients for the brownies with a mixer til mixed through.
  2. Pour into a 9x13 pan
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes
  4. For the last 5 minutes of baking, take out of the oven and sprinkle with mini marshmallows
  5. Place back in oven for 5 minutes
  6. Mix ingredients for icing in mixer
  7. Pour over brownies
  8. Let set for about 15 minutes to cool a little before trying to cut and serve!
