- 1 med can Asparagus
- Ritz Cracker
- 1-2 pkg of shedded chesse colby &montery jack
- 2 boiled eggs
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- butter
Directions
- Drain juice from can of aspargus
- into bowl and set aside
- butter botton of dish
- layer asparagus on botton
- than crumbled cracker
- layer of chesse
- soup
- layer of cracker
- than your 2 boiled eggs
- layer of chesse
- top layer of cracker
- cut small pieces of butter
- than pour juice of asparagus

MMMMMM! This sounds so good! My mom always used to make me creamed asparagus on toast with a fried egg on top if I really begged her. This looks like it would have a similar and yummy flavor. THANKS!
