Happy Easter to all of you. This sauce as well as the kiwi sauce are perfect on ice creams, crepes, pan cakes or other desserts with cream, especially my Tutti Frutti Yoghurt dessert. I shall be posting a Pavlova recipe soon and both sauces are ideal.

- 250 grams of fresh strawberries, cut into small pieces
- • ½ cup of sugar
- • 1 spoonful brandy
- • 1 spoonful water

Ingredients

250 grams of fresh strawberries, cut into small pieces shopping list
• ½ cup of sugar shopping list
• 1 spoonful brandy shopping list
• 1 spoonful water shopping list

How to make it

Wash and cut fruit and place in a frying pan.
Add sugar, water and brandy.
Mix continuously until sauce is thick.
Let it cool down and then serve on your favourite dessert.
Store leftover in refrigerator.

until sauce is thick Close
