Ingredients
- 2 whole chicken breasts
- 2 avacados cut into slices
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs beaten
- 2 cups panko breading
Directions
- Pound the chickens flat
- roll avacado and cheese into chicken making a ball
- coat with egg and roll into panko covering all surfaces
- wrap into foil and bake at 350 for 45 min
