The vitamin C and potassium-rich ingredients in this juice help to lower blood pressure. Makes 1/2 cup. (150 ml)

  • 8 oz kiwifruit
  • 4 oz cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon pomegranate seeds (or juice)
  • dash of lime
  • Nutritional Value:
  • vitamin C 250 mg
  • potassium 1,010 mg
  • zinc 0.67 mg
  • 168 calories

Directions
  1. Wash the kiwifruit and cucumber, but do not peel them,
  2. as both contain nutrients in their skins.
  3. Juice both and serve with a slice of lime, if desired.
  4. Stir in a tablespoon of pomegranate.
