Spicy Roasted Chicken With Honey Recipe

Ingredients
- 700g chicken breast
- 4 dried chillies
- 5 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 10 pandan leaves
- salt to taste
- ghee for greasing

- Ground ingredients :
- 5 cloves garlic
- 3 shallots
- 2cm piece turmeric
- 3 tablespoons coriander seeds
Directions
- In a covered dish, put the chicken, ground ingredients, black pepper, salt and lime juice. Mix well then marinate in a refrigerator overnight.
- Rub ghee all over the chicken, then wrap it with pandan leaves. Tuck in the ends to tidy it. Grill or roast till the chicken is cooked.
- Unwrap the leaves, then rub the chicken with honey. Arrange on a serving platter.
