How to make it

  • combine cookie crumbs and melted margarine. reserve 1/2 cup crushed cookies for topping. press remaining crumb mixture into 9 inch pie plate. gradually add milk to marshmellow creme, mixing until well blended. add mint extract and food coloring. fold in whipped cream (cool whip). pour into pie plate. freeze until firm. sprinkle with remaining crumbs. garnush with fresh mint.
