How to make it

  • In a heavy,pan,brown your roast on all sides.(I use a cast Iron skillet)
  • Heat the oil and saute the scallions,garlic and garlic until soft.
  • Add the soy sauce,half of the cilantro and the chilies.
  • Place your browned roast in a roasting pan
  • Pour the fried vegetables mixture over
  • Add the lemon grass and pour the coconut milk and lime juice over
  • Cook in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes
  • Place the beef on a serving platter.Strain sauce and add the rest of
  • the minced cilantaro and pour over meat.
  • Serve immediately

    Hello and thanks for the visit¡¡ Wow what a nice recipe for beef... my husband is essentially beef-eater and as far as I can I try to make just a few times in a month, but when I do I try them to be "special". This is one I have to try. I have never tried the coconut milk when cooking beef, but I´m open to new experiences and this sounds so exotic¡¡ Thanks.
