Ingredients
  • 1 Cup quick-cooking rolled oats
  • 1/2 Cup Whole Bran Cereal
  • 1/3 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1/3 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 Cup butter
  • 1 (4 0z ) package Regular Butterscotch Pudding Mix
  • 1& 1/2 Cups Milk
  • 1 (22 oz) can apple pie filling
  • 1 teaspoon finely shredded lemon peel
  • 2 Tablespoon fresh lemon Juice

Directions
  1. Mix oats,cereal,flour,sugar,soda,and spices.
  2. Cut in the butter till crumbly.
  3. Pat half the mixture into 8x8x2 inch baking dish
  4. Bake in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes
  5. Prepare pudding mix according to the package directions--except--
  6. use the 1& 1/2 cup of milk
  7. Pour over crumb layer
  8. Mix remaining ingredients,spoon over pudding
  9. Top with remaining crumbs
  10. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 Minutes
  11. Serve warm or cool
