Ingredients
  • Pre-made pizza crust, Boboli, small size
  • Fresh bosc pears, sliced thin
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup of good bleu cheese, crumbled

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 450.
  2. Place Boboli crust on baking sheet.
  3. Crumble bleu cheese on crust.
  4. Top with thinly sliced fresh pears.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until browned.
  6. Cut into wedges and serve immediately.
