How to make it

  • Mix all of the ingredients.
  • Spoon into greased muffin tins.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
  • Recipe makes 16 muffins

    Interesting recipe and a great way to get your fibre lol I must say though, I have never come across cinnamon chips. Are they cinnamon flavoured choc chips or are they cinnamon nubs? Great recipe. Thanks for posting.

    :) Those paper muffin liners were purchased one of the times that I was back in NJ at a favorite place of mine. Glad to hear that the photo captured them so well. The muffins exceeded my expectations but then again one never knows how a recipe will turn out till you make it.
