If you love meatloaf,you will love this.I call this my stovetop meatloaf,And it's fast and easy.

Ingredients
- 1-pd ground beef
- 1-sm onion finely chopped
- 1-egg
- 1-slice of bread
- salt an pepper
- 1/2-cup ketchup (Heinz)
- 1-cup tomato juice ( Campbell,s)
Directions
- In a large bowl mix first 5 ingredients,Shape mixture into large patties
- On stovetop heat nonstick skillet cook on low heat for about 20 to25 min
- covered.Now mix ketchup and tomato juice,pour over patties and let simmer for the last 10 min..If you need more red sauce as I call it ,just add more tomato juice.This is great with mashed potato.
