This bread goes good with any salad or bbq. Its quick to make

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup margarine or butter
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon dill
- 1 clove garlic, crushed or garlic salt to taste
- 1 loaf french bread
- Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Cream margarine with seasonings.
- Spread inbetween slices of bread; sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Wrap bread in a blanket of foil; top uncovered.
- Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

For a lighter version, try brushing bread with olive oil instead of using butter. And to make it italian, sprinkle with minced garlic (as much as you can stand) and sprinkle Oregano and/or basil. And since you don't have to melt the butter, you can simply toast.
