How to make it

  • Splutter the mustard seed , bay leaf , g.chilli , gin-gar paste .
  • Add all the powders and fry few minutes .
  • Put the vegetable , water and the milk .
  • Check the salt .
  • When the vegetable is almost done , add the paste .
  • Boil until fully cooked .
  • Add curryleaves when you remove from fire .
  • Serve hot with roti .
