Vegetable Kurma

- 2 C carrot plus potatoes - cubed shopping list
- 2 C cauliflower florets shopping list
- 2 C French beans - sliced shopping list
- 1 C peas shopping list
- 1 c big onions , sliced shopping list
- 1 tsp mustard seed shopping list
- 1 Bayleaf shopping list
- 5 G. chilli , sliced shopping list
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste shopping list
- 2tsp corriander powder shopping list
- 2tsp chilli powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp tumeric powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder shopping list
- 1/4 C milk shopping list
- salt shopping list
- Make paste - handful of nuts , 1/4 tsp fennel seed , 4 g.chilli ) shopping list
- Curryleaves shopping list
How to make it
- Splutter the mustard seed , bay leaf , g.chilli , gin-gar paste .
- Add all the powders and fry few minutes .
- Put the vegetable , water and the milk .
- Check the salt .
- When the vegetable is almost done , add the paste .
- Boil until fully cooked .
- Add curryleaves when you remove from fire .
- Serve hot with roti .
