Coffee Bean Fudge

- 1 (4-serving size) vanilla pudding shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon instant coffee shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons coffee liqueur shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons milk shopping list
- 2 Tablespoon butter shopping list
- 2 Cups powdered sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla(pure) shopping list
- 1/4 cup broken ,salted ,cashews shopping list
- chocolate covered coffee beans shopping list
How to make it
- Butter Pan.
- Combine pudding mix,instant coffee,milk and butter in saucepan.
- Brind to Boil over medium heat,stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and stir in sugar ,vanilla,coffee liqueur.
- Beat until smooth.
- Add the broken ,salted ,Cashews.
- Pour quickly into pan.
- Space the chocolate covered coffee beans where there will be
- one per,cube of fudge,then sprinkle finely chopped cashews on top.
- Press down slightly to make contact to fudge.
- Chill until firm,about 30 minutes
- Cut into pieces
- Cover and refrigerate.
