How to make it

  • Butter Pan.
  • Combine pudding mix,instant coffee,milk and butter in saucepan.
  • Brind to Boil over medium heat,stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat and stir in sugar ,vanilla,coffee liqueur.
  • Beat until smooth.
  • Add the broken ,salted ,Cashews.
  • Pour quickly into pan.
  • Space the chocolate covered coffee beans where there will be
  • one per,cube of fudge,then sprinkle finely chopped cashews on top.
  • Press down slightly to make contact to fudge.
  • Chill until firm,about 30 minutes
  • Cut into pieces
  • Cover and refrigerate.
