My sons love chicken wings, and they love it spicy yet not hot. This sweet yet spicy chicken wings are a favourite in the family.

Ingredients
- 15 chicken wings
- 3 tbsp of chilli sauce
- 3 tbsp of oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of curry powder
- 1 tbsp of ground coriander
- 1 tbsp of ground cumin
- 2 tbsp of ginger paste
- 2 tbs fine sugar
- 2 tsp ground pepper
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- a pinch of salt
- Oil for deep frying
Directions
- Clean and pat dry ckicken wings
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Stir in chicken pieces and marinate for 3-4 hrs or preferably overnight in the refrigerator.
- Deep-fry in hot oil until chicken wings are cook.
- Serve with dipping sauce.
- ( the dipping sauce recipe that I posted before is excellent with these chicken wings)
- (You can also roast the chicken wings instead of deep-frying it)
