Ham and Chees Muffins

A good take -a-long,as you dash out the door.
Ingredients
- 1 Cup flour shopping list
- 1Cup yellow cornmeal shopping list
- 2 Tablespoon sugar shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard shopping list
- 2 eggs,lightly beaten shopping list
- 1 Cup milk shopping list
- 1/4 Cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 Cup grated cheddar cheese shopping list
- 8 oz cooked ham,diced small shopping list
- 2 Tablespoon diced green onion,top included shopping list
How to make it
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl
- Add eggs,milk,and oil
- Mix just until blended
- Fold in cheese,ham,and onions
- Spoon into greased cups and top of your muffin tin
- Filling to the tops for oversize muffins(2&1/2 inch muffin tin)
- Bake ant 400 degree
- For 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown
- Immediately transfer from pan to wire rack
- Great serves with butter,honey,and fresh fruit.
