Easiest Delicious Appetizer Ever Recipe

Ingredients

1 loaf (or whatever is left of a loaf) of Italian, or any other hard, crusty bread, sliced into 1/2 inch slices

Enough Portabello Mushrooms to go on each slice of bread

Roasted red pepper, sliced

Provolone cheese, sliced

Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Balsamic Vinegar

Directions

Place the bread on a microwave safe plate.

Top with mushrooms.

Add a small splash of vinegar.

Top with the peppers and provolone cheese.

Microwave for 30 - 60 seconds (or until cheese is JUST melted).

Remove and add freshly grated cheese.

Serve and Enjoy!
