Easiest Delicious Appetizer Ever Recipe

I made this on a whim while cooking dinner once...And I've made them ever since. They make great little lunches or snacks and work really well as appetizers. So super quick and easy...Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 loaf (or whatever is left of a loaf) of Italian, or any other hard, crusty bread, sliced into 1/2 inch slices
- Enough Portabello Mushrooms to go on each slice of bread
- Roasted red pepper, sliced
- Provolone cheese, sliced
- Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Balsamic Vinegar
Directions
- Place the bread on a microwave safe plate.
- Top with mushrooms.
- Add a small splash of vinegar.
- Top with the peppers and provolone cheese.
- Microwave for 30 - 60 seconds (or until cheese is JUST melted).
- Remove and add freshly grated cheese.
- Serve and Enjoy!
