Ready for summer?..try this Lemon Lime icy smoothie...great for get together at the pool.

Ingredients
  • 10 c seedless watermelon cubes
  • 1 c ice water
  • 1/3 c sugar
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice

Directions
  1. Conbine 5 cups watermelon cubes and 1/2 cup water in blender container; puree.
  2. Transfer to bowl. Repeat with remaining watermelon and water.
  3. Stir in sugar, lemon and lime juices; mix until dissolved.
  4. Add ice to watermelon mixter and bring to blended.
  5. Pour into cocktail glass and garnish with mint leaves.
