Liver Pate

- 1 lb. livers shopping list
- 1 medium onion, quartered shopping list
- 6 tablespoons margarine shopping list
- 4 eggs, hard-boiled shopping list
- mayonnaise shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- Tabasco sauce to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Saute livers and onions in margarine until livers are done.
- Grind livers, onions and eggs in food grinder.
- Add mayo to consistency desired.
- Add tabasco, salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix well.
- Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
- Serve on crackers or finger sandwiches.
