Minced Meat Muffins Recipe

How to make it

  • Beat the milk, eggs and oil together.
  • Mix all the dry ingredients together.
  • Combine the two mixtures until there is no lumps.
  • Grease a muffin pan.
  • Pour a bit of dough in the bottom.
  • Put a tablespoon of minced meat on top.
  • Put a piece of cheese on top.
  • Cover with more dough.
  • Bake at 450 deg F (232 deg C) until golden brown.
  • Serve hot or cold.
