A kind of runny dough, filled with a savoury minced meat, topped with dough and baked. Really tasty!

Ingredients
- 1 cup milk (250 ml)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil (125 ml)
- 1 cup cake flour (250 ml)
- 2 teaspoons baking powder (10 ml)
- 3/4 teaspoon salt (2 ml)
- Cooked minced meat
- Cheese
Directions
- Beat the milk, eggs and oil together.
- Mix all the dry ingredients together.
- Combine the two mixtures until there is no lumps.
- Grease a muffin pan.
- Pour a bit of dough in the bottom.
- Put a tablespoon of minced meat on top.
- Put a piece of cheese on top.
- Cover with more dough.
- Bake at 450 deg F (232 deg C) until golden brown.
- Serve hot or cold.
