  • SPRINKLE CHICKEN WITH CAVENDERS AND IN A LARGE SKILLET STIR FRY CHICKEN, CARROTS AND CELERY IN OIL 8-10 MINUTES OR UNTIL JUICES RUN CLEAR. REDUCE HEAT. IN A BOWL, COMBINE THE CORNSTARCH, GINGER, OJ, HONEY AND SOY SAUCE UNTIL BLENDED. STIR INTO CHICKEN MIXTURE. BRING TO A BOIL, COOK UNTIL THICKENED 2 MINUTES. STIR IN CASHEWS. SERVE OVER RICE.
