- BREASTS, 1" CUBES shopping list
- 1 tb CAVENDERS shopping list
- 1 md carrots, THIN SLICED shopping list
- 1/4 c CHOPPED celery shopping list
- 1 tb oil shopping list
- 1 tb cornstarch shopping list
- 1/2 ts FINE CHOP ginger shopping list
- 3/8 c orange juice shopping list
- 1 tb orangE CONCENTRATE shopping list
- 1/8 c honey shopping list
- 1-1/2 tb soy sauce shopping list
- 1/4 c salted cashews shopping list
- HOT cooked rice shopping list
How to make it
- SPRINKLE CHICKEN WITH CAVENDERS AND IN A LARGE SKILLET STIR FRY CHICKEN, CARROTS AND CELERY IN OIL 8-10 MINUTES OR UNTIL JUICES RUN CLEAR. REDUCE HEAT. IN A BOWL, COMBINE THE CORNSTARCH, GINGER, OJ, HONEY AND SOY SAUCE UNTIL BLENDED. STIR INTO CHICKEN MIXTURE. BRING TO A BOIL, COOK UNTIL THICKENED 2 MINUTES. STIR IN CASHEWS. SERVE OVER RICE.
