Ingredients
  • 6 chicken quarters (drumstick and thigh part)
  • equal parts mayonnaise and mustard
  • salt & pepper

Directions
  1. rub salt & pepper on the chicken quarters accdg. to your personal taste
  2. mix equal parts of mayo and mustard on the chicken
  3. preheat oven at 160 degrees for 15 minutes
  4. put chicken quarters in oven-proof aluminum baking pan
  5. cover with foil
  6. cook for about 45 minutes or until chicken is tender
  7. serve hot
