Vegetable Rice Noodle

- vegetables : shopping list
- Pinch of fennel seed shopping list
- 1 onion sliced shopping list
- 1 tomato sliced shopping list
- 2 tsps ginger - garlic paste shopping list
- 2 tbsps Meat curry powder shopping list
- 3 C cauliflower , florets shopping list
- 1 C French beans , sliced shopping list
- 1/2 c potatoes , sliced shopping list
- 2 1/2 C water shopping list
- salt shopping list
- noodles : shopping list
- 1/2 K rice vermicilli , soaked in water until soft and drained shopping list
- Few drops of ghee shopping list
- 1 cinnamon stick shopping list
- 2 cardomoms shopping list
- 1 bay leaf shopping list
- 1 onion chopped shopping list
- 2 green chillies , slit shopping list
- 1 C low fat evaporated milk shopping list
- 1 1/2 C water shopping list
- salt shopping list
- Pinch of tumeric and curry powder shopping list
- mint leaves shopping list
- 1 tbsp lemon juice shopping list
How to make it
- Vegetables :
- Fry the fennel seed . Add the onion and tomatoe and saute until soft .
- Add everythingelse and cook until done .
- Noodles :
- Fry the spices in ghee .
- Saute the onion .
- Add the powders , milk and water .
- When starts to boil add the vermicilli .
- Cover and cook until all the liquid is absorbed . It may take only few minutes .
- When done , stir the vegetables and sprinkle the lemon juice on top .
- Serve hot .
