Healthy mac and cheese

- 1/4 cup part skim ricotta cheese shopping list
- 1/4 cup extra sharp chedder cheese shopping list
- 1/4 cup jack cheese shopping list
- 1/4 cup parm cheese shopping list
- 1 lb package whole wheat elbow mac shopping list
- 1 cup 2% milk shopping list
- 1 tbls olive oil shopping list
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs shopping list
- 2 packages frozen summer/butternut squash shopping list
How to make it
- thaw squash in a saucepan until heated through
- add all cheeses and milk
- stir until melted and combined
- add to cooked macaroni
- transfer to baking dish
- combine bread crumbs and olive oil
- sprinkle moisened crumbs on top of macaroni
- bake at 350 for 25-30 min
- enjoy!!!
