- 12 whole dates, pitted shopping list
- 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted and chopped ** shopping list

- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, ground shopping list

How to make it
- Stuff the dates with the nuts, in the space left by the pit.
- Place the stuffed dates in a small saucepan. Sprinkle with pepper. Add the wine, then drizzle honey over all.
- Cook over medium heat until the skins begin to peel off the fruit.
- Transfer the dates to a serving dish and allow to cool slightly before serving.
