How to make it

  • Beat eggs in medium bowl with whisk.
  • Add half and half and mix.
  • Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • Unroll pie crust on wax paper or cutting board, and cut using medium round cookie cutter.
  • Place pie crust in greased mini muffin pan and shape the crust to the pan with fingers.
  • Fill each quiche with mixture, and place in oven to bake for 15 mins at 350 degrees.
