Ingredients
  • 4 pounds brisket, lean
  • garlic salt, to taste
  • McCormick's HotShot, to taste
  • 1 pound dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 jar honey mustard
  • 2 jars chili sauce, Heinz, of course!

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 250.
  2. Tear off 2 sheets of extra wide, heavy duty aluminum foil long enough to encase the brisket long-ways and to roll up and seal.
  3. Put the brisket in the center of the foil, sprinkle both sides liberally with garlic salt and Hot Shot. Then slather both sides of brisket with honey mustard, next pat the brown sugar on both sides of brisket.
  4. Pour both bottles of chili sauce over the brisket and then seal the foil all around. Bake for 4-5 hours, slice across the grain and serve with sauce.
  5. Makes great sandwiches with leftovers.
