Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1/4 C chopped onion

1/2 of 1 pound box of med. pasta shells-cooked and drained

1 jar( 26ozs.) of your favorite spaghetti sauce

1 package of mozzarella cheese(2 C.)

1 carton(16ozs) ricotta cheese

1 egg -beaten

grated parmesan cheese

** to use the full box of pasta shells--i use 2 jars of sauce 1large and 1 small) **

Directions

brown the ground beef with chopped onion,--drain--set aside

in large bowl , combine pasta , beaten egg, ricotta cheese, and mozzarella cheese (saving some aside to sprinkle on top)

pour into greased 9x13 pan

top with beef and spag. sauce--sprinkle with salt and pepper and maybe some parsley--

cover and bake @350' for 30 mins..remove cover --top with remaining mozzarella cheese and parmasen cheese .bake for another 10 to 15 mins--until cheese is bubbly .

let stand for 10 mins before serving.!!
