Ingredients
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/4 cups brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups mashed bananas
  • 1 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips, melted

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Grease an 8x8" baking pan
  3. In medium bowl combine flour & baking soda. Mix well & set aside
  4. Blend sugar & butter in a large bowl using an electric mixer. Add sour cream, banana, egg, & vanilla & beat at medium speed until just combined
  5. Gently fold in melted chocolate & stir just until marbled pattern develops
  6. Pour batter into baking pan. Bake 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Cool in pan 15 minutes, then turn out onto rack & cool to room temperature
