Pizza Lasagna Recipe
Here's an experiment that I tried on my family and they were wanting more even picky eaters enjoyed it.

Ingredients
  • 6 to 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. mozzarella cheese - grated
  • 1 26oz. can spaghetti sauce
  • 1 can black olives - sliced
  • sliced pepperoni sausage

Directions
  1. Brown ground beef salt and pepper to taste.
  2. In a 9x13 cooking pan, spread a thin layer of spaghetti sauce
  3. Place three uncooked lasagna noodles on the first layer of sauce.
  4. Layer more sauce on top of lasagna noodles.
  5. Layer half of the shredded mozzarella cheese
  6. spread some of the black olives on the cheese
  7. Layer browned ground beef
  8. Spoon spaghetti sauce on ground beef
  9. Layer three more uncooked lasagna noodles on top of sauce and cover again with sauce. (Reverse order of layers)
  10. Ground beef, remainder of sauce, black olives, cheese
  11. Top cheese with uncooked pepperoni
  12. Bake at 450 F for 1 hour.
  13. If pepperoni starts getting too dark cover with tinfoil for the remainder of baking time.
  14. Let stand for ten minutes.
  15. Serve hot

Sounds like a great compromise between my pasta-loving self and my pizza-loving husband... will have to try this!
