- 4 pounds honey shopping list
- 1 gallon water shopping list
- 1/2 ounce ginger shopping list
- wine yeast shopping list
How to make it
- Dissolve the honey in the water with the ginger.
- Boil the honey water for about 45 minutes, then pour it into a barrel or wooden container.
- Before the water cools completely, add the yeast and allow it to ferment.
- After fermentation stops, seal the barrel and store the wine for at least six months before you drink it.
