A nice chicken n rice dish

Ingredients
- 1/2 cuo chopped onion
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 4-5 lb chickenn cooked n diced ( I'll use 4 boneless breast)
- 1 1/2 cups diced carrots
- 1 cup uncooked rice
Directions
- Cook onion and celery in butter until golden brown in 2 qt saucepan.
- Add Chicken broth ,rice and seasonings. Cover and cook over low heat about 20 minutes. Add chicken and carrots and cook 15 minutes more.
