This dressing is so delightful. Goes great on all salads but is especially good on this salad. The vinegary Mustard Herby combination with strawberries is phenominal.

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup raspberry vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon onion juice
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup pureed fresh strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

Directions
  1. In food processor or blender combine and blend sugar, vinegar, onion juice and mustard.
  2. Add the oil gradually and continue blending until smooth then beat in pureed berries.
  3. Pour into a bowl and stir in the poppy seeds.
  4. Cover and chill.
  5. Serve with fresh fruit.
