Ingredients

1 pkg.lady fingers

1-3oz. pkg cherry gelatin

1 cup boiling water

2 cups Black Cherry Ice Cream

1-8oz. container whipped topping,thawed

chocolate syrup

Marachino cherries [optional]

Directions

1.Line bottom of loaf pan with lady fingers.

2.Stir gelatin in boiling water until dissolved.Stir in ice cream until dissolved .Pour into lined loaf pan.Cover with a second layer of lady fingers.Chill until firm.

3.Spread thawed whipped topping on top of the gelatin ice cream mixture.Drizzle with chocolate syrup as desired.Garnish with marachino cherries.

Serves:6

*Note:Some lady fingers may float to the top.
