How to make it

  • 1.Line bottom of loaf pan with lady fingers.
  • 2.Stir gelatin in boiling water until dissolved.Stir in ice cream until dissolved .Pour into lined loaf pan.Cover with a second layer of lady fingers.Chill until firm.
  • 3.Spread thawed whipped topping on top of the gelatin ice cream mixture.Drizzle with chocolate syrup as desired.Garnish with marachino cherries.
  • Serves:6
  • *Note:Some lady fingers may float to the top.
