Ingredients

1 large head green cabbage finely shredded

2 cps finely shredded carrots

1 white onion grated

1 green bell pepper finely shredded

1 red bell pepper finely shredded

Dressing

1/2 cp apple cider vinegar

1/2 cp sugar

1/2 tsp onion salt

1/2 tsp salt

1 1/2 tsp poppy seeds

2/3 cp oil

Directions

shred and mix all vegetables together.

shredding them fine gives the best taste when all is finished.

in blender, combine all dressing ingredients.

pulse a few times to be sure it is well mixed.

Pour over vegetables and refrigerate until cold, about 1 hour. This is a delicious slaw and also very pretty to look at.

It is my favorite.

This is my kind of slaw in mine I just use celery seeds instead of poppy. (I do have 2 kinds mof slaw though.) I know I like this so I'm giving it a 5.
