A beautiful, colorful, wonderful slaw. I could live on it for a week. That's how much I like it.

Ingredients
  • 1 large head green cabbage finely shredded
  • 2 cps finely shredded carrots
  • 1 white onion grated
  • 1 green bell pepper finely shredded
  • 1 red bell pepper finely shredded
  • Dressing
  • 1/2 cp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp onion salt
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp poppy seeds
  • 2/3 cp oil

Directions
  1. shred and mix all vegetables together.
  2. shredding them fine gives the best taste when all is finished.
  3. in blender, combine all dressing ingredients.
  4. pulse a few times to be sure it is well mixed.
  5. Pour over vegetables and refrigerate until cold, about 1 hour. This is a delicious slaw and also very pretty to look at.
  6. It is my favorite.
