How to make it

  • Bring water, ginger to a boil in a large saucepan. Add tea bags into water and let set for 2-3 mintues; bring it up and down into water to let it deluted.
  • Stir in 1/4 cup of sugar and allow tea to cool..about 10-15 mintues.
  • Pour and strain tea into 4 ice-filled glasses.
  • Garnish with sugared lime sliced and mint leaves.
