Potato Salad with Bresaola

- 300 g potatoes shopping list
- 100 g bresaola shopping list
- 1 piece radicchio shopping list
- 3 baby leeks shopping list
- parmesan, fresh shopping list
- 3 tablespoon grape seed oil shopping list
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard shopping list
- 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar shopping list
- salt, pepper shopping list
- 1 teaspoon dried salad herbs shopping list
How to make it
- Cook potatoes, peel and cut.
- For the dressing mix oil, dijon mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper and herbs, add potatoes and chopped radicchio.
- Serve with bresaola and parmesan.
