COCONUT COOL WHIP PIE

- 1-8 oz. tub Cool Whip shopping list
- 1-3 oz. pkg. cream cheese softened shopping list
- 1-Tbs. sugar shopping list
- 1/2 C. milk shopping list
- 1 1/3 C. coconut shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla or almond extract shopping list
- 1 nine inch ready graham cracker crust shopping list
How to make it
- Beat sugar and milk into cream cheese until smooth.
- Fold in coconut, then cool whip, and extract.
- Spoon into crust and freeze until firm (about 4 hours).
- Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before you cut it. Store leftover pie in freezer.
