Topsy-Turvy Pancakes

- 3/4 Pound of Canadian-style bacon,sliced shopping list
- 1 Cup Maple flavored syrup shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1&1/2 Cups all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1&1/2 Cups milk shopping list
- 1/4 Cup butter,melted shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon (plus)1&1/2 teaspoon baking powder shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon sugar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 (15 oz) Jar Chunky applesauce shopping list
How to make it
- Arrange the bacon slices,over lapping slightly, in ungreased
- 13x9x2 inch baking dish
- Pour maple syrup over bacon
- Beat eggs in bowl until foamy
- Beat in remaining ingredients just until smooth,(Do not include the Applesauce at this point)
- Pour mixture over bacon and syrup
- Bake uncovered in a 400 degree oven until golden brown and firm
- 20 to 25 minutes
- Cut pancakes into 8 pieces and invert on serving plates
- Serve with heated applesauce
- Enjoy

Sounds so very good. I do eat pancakes every once in a while but my grandson wants them every weekend so I will try this.
