Ingredients

How to make it

  • Arrange the bacon slices,over lapping slightly, in ungreased
  • 13x9x2 inch baking dish
  • Pour maple syrup over bacon
  • Beat eggs in bowl until foamy
  • Beat in remaining ingredients just until smooth,(Do not include the Applesauce at this point)
  • Pour mixture over bacon and syrup
  • Bake uncovered in a 400 degree oven until golden brown and firm
  • 20 to 25 minutes
  • Cut pancakes into 8 pieces and invert on serving plates
  • Serve with heated applesauce
  • Enjoy

    Sounds so very good. I do eat pancakes every once in a while but my grandson wants them every weekend so I will try this.
